Enhance your confidence by attending our self defence Women's only classes. Leave the class knowing that you have boosted your health, increased your awareness and gain comfort from the knowledge of the skills gained! This class is opened to all fitness levels.

Each class will be different, however attendance to previous classes will not be necessary to join.
