Boundaries and Expectations - free workshop in Launceston

How do we put boundaries in place and why are they helpful? We all have different expectations on what we believe and value. Come and learn some helpful tips on how to assess your own expectations, explore your values and how boundaries can be useful for yourself and the people around you.

Launceston Medicare Mental Health Centre is a free mental health service for anyone who is 18+. Registrations are preferred, but not essential.
