🌿 What to Bring:

• Hat, sunscreen, fly repellent, tissues
• 3L water, food/snacks, backpack
• Hiking shoes with good grip (Gaiters, walking poles if you feel necessary)
• Fasting recommended (3–4 hrs prior) for heightened energy sensitivity. Hydrate well—cacao is a great option!

💡 Tip: Camp the night before or arrive early. (We are camping at Castle Rock Tent Site)
