Free Yoga & Beach Clean Up

Come join Atman Karuna Yoga and step into your morning with a free beginners style yoga class followed by a beach clean.

The yoga class will be led by Steve the owner of Atman Karuna Yoga. Steve is a 350hr Trauma informed yoga teacher, having been trained in modified ashtanga vinyasa, pre & postnatal, yin, restorative, mediation, pranayama and trauma informed. I teach from a place of safety, compassion and honesty. Making the practice accessible to all levels of fitness, all human bodies over the age of 13 years old. (laps around the sun) 

This is a free community event.

Where: Cabarita Beach headland (Norries Headland), Tweed Coast rd, Cabarita Beach, nsw, 2489.

Duration: 45min yoga class followed by a short beach clean.

What to bring: Yoga mat and/or towel and water bottle (Gloves and rubbish bags will be provided for the clean up)

Time: 8:30am start ( please arrive by 8:20am to sign in)
