Join our free* Flex & Flow sessions hosted by FlowST8 every Wednesday at 7am. This unique class blends the best of yoga and pilates into one energising workout. Experience the the calming stretches of yoga paired with the strength and core focus of pilates to kickstart your morning.

Sessions take place outdoors on the grass opposite the stage. Please remember to bring your own mat and water.

*Online bookings are essential, as spaces are limited. Participants must be 16 years or older and are required to bring their own yoga mat, towel and drink bottle. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup. We kindly ask all attendees to be considerate of others, especially during meditative activities.
