Free Flex & Flow Classes
Event description
Join our free* Flex & Flow sessions hosted by FlowST8 every Wednesday at 8.30am. This unique class blends the best of yoga and pilates into one workout to kickstart your morning. Classes are held at FlowSt8 Maroochydore, located next to Giddy Geisha.
Afterwards, head to Harvest on First for a post session breakfast or coffee and receive 10% off^. Simply present your ticket to staff to redeem.
*Online bookings are essential, as spaces are limited. Participants must be 16 years or older and are required to bring their own yoga mat, towel and drink bottle. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup. We kindly ask all attendees to be considerate of others, especially during meditative activities.
