7:30am - 8:30am: Vinyasa Moon Salute: Awaken to Joy
Begin the day with an uplifting Vinyasa practice inspired by the energy of the moon. Move with the breath, awaken the body and welcome the day with a joyful, open-hearted energy.

8:45am - 9:30am: Deep Peace Meditation
A guided meditation to settle the mind, reconnect with inner peace and discover the quiet joy that can be found beneath the busyness of everyday life.

8:45am - 9:45am: Chi Kung: Awaken Your Energy
Awaken and refresh your energy through flowing Chi Kung movements, breath and mindful awareness. A beautiful way to cultivate vitality, presence and a sense of inner balance.

10:00am - 11:00am: Fundamentals of Hatha Yoga
Explore the foundations of Hatha Yoga through steady postures, mindful movement and conscious breathing. A grounding practice to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and find joy in simply being present.

10:00am - 11:00am: Wisdom Talk: Emotional and Mental Resilience for a Happier Life
When the mind feels overwhelmed, everything feels harder.
Explore simple, powerful practices to build emotional resilience, strengthen the mind, and respond to life with greater calm and perspective.

11:15am - 12:15pm: Kirtan: Chant for Peace
An uplifting mantra meditation experience through music, connection and collective intention.

11:15am - 12:15pm: Unwind & Restore
A gentle, nurturing practice combining relaxed stretching, mindful breathing and meditation. Slow down, release tension and make space to simply feel good.

12:30pm: Community Lunch (Vegan & GF)
Nourishing food and relaxed connection in a warm community space

2:00pm - 3:30pm: Yin & Mantra Sound Bath
Sink into deep relaxation with a beautiful combination of yin yoga and mantra sound bath. Gentle, supported postures, sacred sound and spaciousness invite you to let go, recharge and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease.

3:45pm - 4:45pm: Kirtan: Celebrate the Joy of Connection
Close the day with uplifting live kirtan. Come together through mantra, music and shared experience as we celebrate the joy of being in community.

All sessions and nibbles are FREE.
Community lunch is available for $10 and pre-booking is required so we can cater for everyone.
All sessions are suitable for beginners except for Vinyasa Flow.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your chosen session. Places are first in, best dressed.
No entry once classes have begun, so please allow plenty of time to arrive, park and settle in.
We have free parking on site, however the Open Day can get busy, so we recommend allowing extra time to find a park. Alternatively, we are only a 2 minute walk from the Mermaid Beach tram station.
You are very welcome to come for one session, stay for the whole day, or anything in between.
