Free Yoga classes in Boyd Park, Nundah.

This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
All ages welcome.

Attend all 10 classes or any number you'd like to attend.

Meet under the trees between the Nundah Northgate RSL Hall (green building) and Nundah Northgate Scout Group Hall, near the library.

Please bring along your yoga mat or towel to practice on.


Optional byo:
* ground sheet or tarp, under your yoga mat, if the ground is cool or slightly damp
* water bottle
* sun protection
* anything that you might need to support your comfort during the class
* an eye pillow or towel/shawl to have as a cover during relaxation to invite a deeper relaxation
* friends family, neighbours, colleagues
