Free Yoga in Kalinga Park

You're invited to join us for free yoga group classes in Kalinga Park, Kalinga.

8:45am-9:45am Wednesday's

All welcome!

Term 1, 2026

28th January - 1st April

Attend all 10 x weekly classes or any number you'd like to attend.

Please bring along your yoga mat or a towel to practice on.

Optional BYO:

* perhaps a ground sheet/tarp if the ground is damp/cool

* perhaps a light covering during relaxation, scarf / throw / blanket / towel, socks.

* water bottle

* sun protection

* insect repellent if required

* Anything else that you might need to support your comfort during the class.

* friends, family, neighbours, colleagues
