Free Yoga

You're invited to join us for free yoga group classes, close to your mat, in New Farm Park

Meet under the huge fenced tree, as pictured above, the centre of the park, near the rose arbour.

3:00pm-4:00pm Sunday's

All welcome!

Term 3, 2024

14th July - 15th September.

Attend all 10x weekly classes or any number you'd like to attend.

Please bring along your yoga mat or a towel to practice on.

Optional BYO:

* perhaps a ground sheet/tarp if the ground is damp/cool

* perhaps something to give you warmth during relaxation, scarf, throw, blanket or socks

* water bottle

* sun protection

* insect repellent if required

* Anything else that you might need to support your comfort during the class.

* friends, family, neighbours, colleagues
