Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, you'll be guided through accessible postures with options to suit your individual needs.

Your Instructor:

Michelle Freeman has over 30 years experience in yoga and meditation practice and teaching. She is the owner and operator of the Nambour Yoga Centre, runs regular international yoga and wellness retreats and programs and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Michelle is currently studying Clinical Exercise Physiology to compliment her yoga teaching and private offerings to help individuals gain greater health, fitness and embodiment.
