    This yoga sequence encompasses mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Our bodies have the ability to heal on our own and this yoga session will show you how having a healthy body can lead to a healthy and disease-free life. A combination of breathing, stretching, toning exercises, facial workouts, and anti-ageing tips will be a part of the session.
