We are celebrating the end of lock down with a day of yoga and hiking in the stunning You Yangs Regional Park.

No previous experience in hiking is necessary. We will provide everything you need for an awesome time in the great outdoors, including morning tea around an open fire (complete with marshmallows!) and a sumptuous lunch.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, layered active wear is perfect. Pack a warm jacket and rain wear, just in case! Sneakers or hiking boots are the best choice of footwear.

Apart from that, all you need to bring with you is a small back pack and a water bottle and we are good to go!

The day is for women who want to experience hiking. Even if you have never hiked long distances before, this experience is for you! We will be with you every step of the way to make sure it is one to remember.

By the way, if the weather is horrendous (or the restrictions are still in place) we will reschedule the day.
