Our voice is our unique vibrational fingerprint. Over time, our voices can become shut down, choked up, suppressed and often go unexpressed. The consequences of which can be felt physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.
In this unique 75-minute small group offering we will be exploring the 7 main chakras, moving stagnant energy via your own voice to allow a flowing vibration through your entire body. This will support you towards wholeness, inner harmony and a more expansive expression of yourself.
This is an accessible, inclusive offering, no singing experience is required. You will be held safely in the container of Greensborough Family Chiropractic (GFC), by Chiropractor and Spinal Energetics Practitioner Dr Robyn Leeder of Helical Healing and GFC, Reiki Master Kristine Brock of Sacred Healing, and Sound Healing and Yoga Facilitator, Sherridan Bourne of Good Vibes Healing.
