Hosted by Talk2mebro, Freeze Yourself, and the legendary Mark Donaldson VC, this day is designed to strip you down to your core, to test your strength, sharpen your mind, and connect you to your true self. It won’t be easy—but nothing worth becoming ever is.

What to Expect:

Physical Battles:

• A gruelling beach PT session led by Mark Donaldson VC. Prepare to push past limits you didn’t know you had. The mission? Finish—together. This isn’t about being the strongest or fittest; it’s about showing up, leaning into discomfort, and refusing to quit.

• Ice Baths – Cold exposure that challenges your mind to stay calm while your body screams.

Mental Battles:

• Mental Agility Challenges – Test your problem-solving and decision-making when the pressure’s on. Life doesn’t wait for you to feel ready; neither will this.

• Workshops on Resilience and Overcoming Adversity – NRL players Trent Merrin & Zac Lomax (Freeze Yourself) will share personal tools and experiences to help you strengthen your mental edge.

• Connection & Clarity Workshops – Jack Brown, Luke Conners, and Freddy Purcell (Talk2mebro) will guide you inward to build a deeper connection to yourself. Gain clarity on who you are as a man and who you want to become in 2025.

Because as men, when we show up for ourselves, we show up stronger for everyone else.

The Day Ends as Brothers:

After you’ve given everything, we celebrate together. A big, well-earned lunch of fresh smoked meats by “All the Smoke” will cap off the day.
