Step Up. Lead Stronger. Become More.

This is more than just an event. This is a call to arms for men—fathers, sons, brothers, and friends—who are ready to face discomfort, to rise, and to redefine what it means to lead for our families, our communities, and ourselves. It’s about tapping into the raw, unshakable masculine energy that’s often buried beneath the distractions and comfort of modern life.

Hosted by Talk2mebro, Freeze Yourself, and the legendary Mark Donaldson VC, this day is designed to strip you down to your core, to test your strength, sharpen your mind, and connect you to your true self. It won’t be easy—but nothing worth becoming ever is.

What to Expect:

Physical Battles:

• A gruelling beach PT session led by Mark Donaldson VC. Prepare to push past limits you didn’t know you had. The mission? Finish—together. This isn’t about being the strongest or fittest; it’s about showing up, leaning into discomfort, and refusing to quit.

• Ice Baths – Cold exposure that challenges your mind to stay calm while your body screams.

Mental Battles:

• Mental Agility Challenges – Test your problem-solving and decision-making when the pressure’s on. Life doesn’t wait for you to feel ready; neither will this.

• Workshops on Resilience and Overcoming Adversity – NRL players Trent Merrin & Zac Lomax (Freeze Yourself) will share personal tools and experiences to help you strengthen your mental edge.

• Connection & Clarity Workshops – Jack Brown, Luke Conners, and Freddy Purcell (Talk2mebro) will guide you inward to build a deeper connection to yourself. Gain clarity on who you are as a man and who you want to become in 2025.

Because as men, when we show up for ourselves, we show up stronger for everyone else.

The Day Ends as Brothers:

After you’ve given everything, we celebrate together. A big, well-earned lunch of fresh smoked meats by “All the Smoke” will cap off the day.

Why This Event Matters:

This isn’t just about fitness or challenges—it’s about growth. It’s about understanding that true leadership begins with discomfort. You don’t find yourself in easy moments. You find yourself in the struggle, the sweat, and the silence when no one else is watching.

We come together as men to hold each other accountable, to leave no one behind, and to ensure we rise—not just as individuals, but as leaders for the people we love.

What You Get:

• A Journal to record breakthroughs and set intentions.

• An event Shirt and Wristband as reminders of the day you showed up.

• A lunch that rewards your effort.

What to Bring:

• Mentality. Be ready to be uncomfortable and grow.

• Backpack, pen, water bottle, towel/swimmers, change of clothes, and boot camp gear.

Who’s This For?

This is for men 16 years and older who are ready to step up, lean into discomfort, and become better leaders for their families, friends, and communities.

We push together. We finish together.

Don’t wait for someone else to lead. Be that man. Be there.

Free parking is available on site.
