Come join us for a FREE Zumba GOLD class! 🎵🎧💃🕺🎶

Zumba® Gold is a dance fitness class perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong! After class we will be having coffee together somewhere local.

Our venue is located on a first floor so please make sure you feel comfortable going up stairs. Further, given this is a physical activity session, we require that you have medical clearance from your GP to participate.
