Free2express presents a fun, fluid, creative and expansive way to kanikani (dance)!

Free2express is a movement expression that invites you to create freedom in your body however way, shape or form that feels good to you.

Come explore how your body wants to move by learning the fundamentals of body isolation and body awareness whilst in a loving supportive environment. Learn the basics of musicality, how to surrender and how to deeply listen to the vibrations of the music in your body. Combining body awareness and conscious musicality will support you to become more sensitive and receptive to the intuitive intelligence your body already has within.

This movement experience will be hosted by Bri Scarfe who has a passion, calling and deep desire to share her aroha for kanikani. Bri has been dancing since the age of 5 within a range of different styles but has always been in love with all forms of intuitive, wairua led movement. Her infectious, positive energy and wild moves, will inspire you to move, grove and express the unique rhythm of your soul.
