CHAKRA DANCE FREEDOM WORKSHOP

I invite you to come and experience the magic of Chakra Dance with me. In this FREEDOM workshop, you will experience a combination of Carl Jung psychology, guided meditation, dance to chakra resonant music & transfer your energy into your mandala art. Chakra Dance heals the mind, body, and soul by releasing trapped emotions in our energy centres. If we have unresolved feelings of trauma, pain & grief in our energy fields then this can result in disease, anxiety, and depression. Dance and Movement is the language of deep transformation and as we balance our chakras and dance, our inner world and outer world will shift and change. This workshop can also be experienced seated or lying down if you prefer as it is a dance of our soul using visualization and solfeggio frequencies. As we leave the ego behind, we connect to our true being of love and light and experience dancing in harmony with our soul. Just close your eyes and allow your body to guide you as you experience the magic of this amazing healing experience.
