Welcome to Freedom Flow Ecstatic Dance! Here, we believe that dance is not just about movement, but about letting go and embracing the pure joy that comes with it. Our classes are designed to help you unleash your inner dancer while getting fit.

Come to our Opening Night featuring the hugely talented Damian Campbell on the Handpan!

We create a safe, welcoming space where you can express yourself freely, connect with your body, and find your rhythm. Whether you're 18 or 78, our classes are tailored to meet you where you are, encouraging you to move in ways that feel good and natural to you.

Freedom Flow has been carefully crafted to help you leave your nerves at the door, drop out of your mind and experience the pure joy and freedom of reconnecting with your body.

Your evening starts with guided breathing and grounding exercises followed by movement to warm-up and loosen the body; helping you let go of any tension, get out of your head and into your body.

From this place of reconnection, you then get to shake your booty to a specially curated pre-recorded dj set of some seriously funky tunes!

Numbers are limited to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment, with plenty of space to move.

So if you’ve been on the fence, now is the time to say yes and experience the freedom, connection and fun of ecstatic dance for yourself.

This in-person gathering takes place in the beautiful Coolum Civic Centre in the heart of Coolum Beach.

Join us to experience the freedom of dance and the happiness and creativity that comes from truly letting go. Let's dance together, find joy in every step, and celebrate the beautiful, moving art of being ourselves.

At the end, we will take a moment to lay still and let a short sound healing wash over us and cleanse our souls.

The Music

Expect a unique blend of genres from tribal, funk, soulful house and electronic to softer and more gentle rhythms... and everything in between! Each dance is curated to take you on a journey, allowing you to reconnect with your body's wisdom and your own inner knowing. The invitation is to allow the music to move YOU. There are no moves to learn, nothing to do other than show up as yourself and move in any way that feels good.

We will end the experience with Damian Campbell blessing us with his magically hypnotic Handpan rhythms while we lie and ground ourselves after reaching some seriously elevated levels of joy.

With Special Guest, Damian Campbell Music

Damian Campbell is a prolific Handpan artist & Percussionist.

He has a passion and love for all things rhythmic and sings his melodies through the beauty of his enchanting instrument the Handpan.

Relax lying down for the final part of the night as you drop into your heart centre and feel the uplifting rhythms and melodies from Damian.

Please note Freedom Flow is an alcohol-free, intoxicant-free space.

We move without shoes, phones and chatter.

Please bring a water bottle and dress ready to move, with a cushion and layers for afterwards so you can keep warm.
