Freedom Flow Feels

Working with children and families to nurture their creativity and joy is a lifetime mission and purpose for those of the Freedom Flow Feels Family.

With a passion for health, wellness and fitness we aim to provide activities that enhance the opportunities for self development and awareness in these areas.

With Freedom Flow Spin participants will practice movement with props that inspire their creativity, help them to regulate their mood, and release tension or stress from the body.

A few exercises and stretches to start before that, helps us to get into our bodies and out of our heads, building up a nice sense of safety, strength, security and confidence inside so we can move and be free.

Then after the fun we refuel with some nourishing wholefood fruits and vegetables and rest with some beautiful yoga and mini meditation for all age levels, that inspires confidence, self awareness and gratitude for nature and the environment.
