Freedom - From The Inside Out

The freedom most of us are looking for in the world outside is almost always pointing to something inside."

Freedom — From the Inside Out

An 8-Week Live Online Course with Yvonne and Stephanie

ABOUT THIS COURSE

Most of us have spent a long time looking for freedom in the wrong place — waiting for circumstances to change, for life to ease, for the pressure to lift. This course asks a different question: what if the freedom you are looking for is already available, from the inside out?

Over eight weeks, Yvonne and Stephanie guide a small, intimate group through an honest exploration of what inner freedom actually is — and what it looks like when it is genuinely lived. Not as a spiritual concept, but as a real, felt, daily experience.

The course moves inward first — through belief, thought, and emotion — and then outward, into relationships, choices, and the ordinary texture of your life. By the end, freedom is not something you are still waiting for. It is something you have begun to practise.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPLORE

• The beliefs and habitual thoughts that quietly limit you — and how to begin seeing them clearly

• The difference between having a thought and being governed by it

• Emotional freedom — feeling fully, without being run by what you feel

• What freedom looks like in your relationships and your daily choices

• How to bring genuine, conscious intention to the life you are actually living
