When this energy centre is balanced, we begin to soften into greater emotional awareness and self-acceptance. Relationships feel more nourishing, creativity flows more freely, and life itself begins to feel sweeter.

Through dancing the sacral chakra, you are invited to awaken the flowing feminine energy within you — regardless of gender. Like water, emotions begin to move, release, and flow naturally through the body. In Chakradance®, we dance barefoot and with eyes gently covered using darkness or eye masks, allowing you to turn inward and connect more deeply with your inner world and the wisdom of your body.
