Event description
The clouds of uncertainty have parted, a warm, salubrious haze oozes over the Whadjuk Noongar boodja, and dazzling globules of warm sunlight hang about the city.
We all had to miss out last year, but this NYE, we come together at last for the body movin’, - soul soothin’, like-minded-party-communion, that is: FREEDOM TIME.
Boorloo’s almost annual piping hot blend of unencumbered expression and loose jubilation, drizzled with West Coast culture, and served ice cold on a charming patch of riverside lawn. “Yum!” We hear you say, “but what vessel could possibly contain such a scrumptious concoction?”

Like a chubby green goanna, the Supreme Court Gardens stretch themselves out between the Derbarl Yerrigan and the base of the Boorloo CBD — Right under the nose of the sheriff’s office. Down there, a handpicked selection of some of the realest platter pushers from Australia and beyond will be busting out beats ranging from the most dandy to the absolutely delirious across a trinity of stages. The whole shebang is backed up by a host of hometown hospitality heroes, ensuring that even the hungriest, thirstiest punter on site is well looked after. More deets to come shortly.
Quantitatively speaking, the quality of any 31st of December can be represented by the simple equation: (You + Your nearest + Your dearest) multiplied by X, where X is equal to a sublime soiree. With that in mind, we estimate this edition to be 33.3 percent more bustling; more sprightly; more balmy, and a good shade more shady than our 2020 edition. NOW, that event sold out in half a week! …SO when these tickets drop there’s no time to dawdle.
