    Freedom to Transform: Yoga and Coaching Workshop for Inspiration and Empowerment.

    All levels of fitness welcome. No yoga skills or knowledge required.

    By alternating the transformative power of yoga and coaching, this workshop aims to leave participants feeling inspired and empowered to improve their wellbeing.

    During those three hours, we will be going through four blocks alternating gentle breathing and stretches, and journaling exercises, to gradually help you clarify a plan of action towards a powerful goal.

    This unique workshop is designed and delivered by Suzanne Rath, Awarded Business Owner, Director and Physiotherapist at Wellness Embodied, and Sophie Anderson, accredited Life Coach.

    Suzanne and Sophie are also co-Founders of the empowering Cairns Wellness Solutions Group, which all Cairns residents are welcome and encouraged to join.

    This is the second of a series of transformational workshops that Suzanne and Sophie will deliver to improve our community's wellbeing through mind-body workshops and activities.

    Outcome for Participants:

    • Participants will gain clarity about their desired lifestyle and their core values, and plan realistic and exciting steps they can start taking now to move forward.

    Duration: 3 hours (including break)

    Participants: Adults of all background, ethnicity, gender and culture who want to invest in their wellbeing.

    Location: Wellness Embodied, Level 2, 80-86 Abbott Street, Cairns City, Qld 4870

    Provided: Herbal tea, light snacks, water, workbook and pen, yoga mats and cushions

    Bring: A water bottle, and wear [any] comfortable clothes.

    Cost: $65 per participant

    3.10pm: Visualisation and Journaling: Your Desired Lifestyle

    3.30pm: Heart Opening Yoga

    3.40pm: Coaching and Journaling: Your Values

    4.25pm: Breathing Exercise & Short Break

    4.35pm: Coaching and journaling: Your Empowering Alignment Plan

    5.00pm: Breathing and Yoga

    5.10pm: Conclusion and Feedback
