DANCEmandala is a transformational practice that integrates movement meditation and freeform dance. It's a method for self-discovery and encourages us to show up and move authentically and with awareness on the dance floor and through life. With gentle guidance, the dance takes us on a journey from the gross physical body into the realm of emotion, heart space, inner- wisdom, joy and focused mindfulness. We dance between soft and dynamic rhythms and sounds, breath, movement and stillness, and we always flow towards greater balance.
Benefits of DANCEmandala:
- Improves physical, mental and overall wellbeing
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Encourages social connection and community
- A mindfulness and meditation practice
