An Hour w/ Power ~ Freestyle Dance Class

No experience necessary! ~ An Hour w/ Power ~ Freestyle dance classes is about exploring your free-of-style. No choreography or learning dance moves, No mirrors just pure movement magic. 

One hour of power to get out of the mind and into your body ~ Offering tools on how you can access your dance in endless ways, relationship to music, connect with your environment and with each other.. all levels of movement welcome. 

Bring water, and wear something you can move freely and feel amazin' in. 

Location at Join The Dots, front entrance on Victoria Rd.

Will open the space up at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.
