Have a sewing project you want to start, or finish? Not sure how?
Open to any sewing project of your choice, this short series of classes gives you the inspiration, motivation, and support to bring to life your ideas for anything from childrenswear to homeware to upcycling…
6x 2hr classes over 6 weeks
Open to all skill levels*
*Absolute beginners (e.g. if you have never used a sewing machine before), are encouraged to book in for Sewing For Beginners or a one-on-one class before beginning Freestyle.
What’s included:
- Small class size ensures excellent one-on-one time as well as opportunities to learn from each other's projects
- 12 hours professional tuition from experienced tutor
- Advice on suitable fabrics, designs, and details for your project
- Access to any fabrics, notions, and patterns in our extensive haberdashery collection
- Full use of sewing machines and tools
- Great company, with small class size
- Repurposing of any fabric offcuts and scraps to reduce waste
What you’ll need:
- An idea for a project you want to make.
- Optional: Photos, patterns, fabric etc related to your project (Our haberdashery swap shop will be available during classes.)
PLEASE NOTE: We will be following health and safety best practice. If classes have to be canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions or any illness (you, member of your household, or your tutor) you will have the opportunity to make up the lost session(s) in the future, so you can stay safe without missing out.
