French immersion with Picasso- inspired Self Portrait – kids workshop (6 to 10 years old)
Event description
Join us for a Fun French workshop to discover the abstract world of the greatest Artist of the 20th century, Pablo Picasso.
This is a fundraising event for Cahoots to allow Kids-Teens and Young Adult with disability to participate in community activities and attends camps and programs. Volunteers will run the program and money will be generously donated as sponsorship for our lovely families.
About the session:
This creative and interactive workshop will be led by Celine, Family Relationships Officer and Support Worker at Cahoots, known endearingly as “the French lady.” She will introduce your child to basic French while discovering the world of Picasso.
Benefits of the session:
- Explore creativity and imagination.
- Learn a language - No need to be French to attend the session.
What to bring:
- Bottle of water
- Snacks – Important: No nuts with Cahoots Policy in the Facility
- Apron or t-shirt to cover your child while painting

If you have any concerns regarding your child's health, you (family member or other) will be required to stay for the session. Please inform me if you will be present and I will organise a coffee station.
