🌿 Explore French Island with Walk MPGet ready for a truly unique adventure as we head across to the wild beauty of French Island - home to the largest population of koalas in Australia. With untouched landscapes, peaceful walking trails, and abundant wildlife, this remote island is a nature-lover’s dream and the perfect place to unwind and connect with others.

Return Ferry Transfers - Stony Point ↔ French Island (no need to worry about logistics!)
Guided 12km Hike - led by experienced, first-aid qualified guides
Delicious Lunch at French Island General Store
Cold Options: fresh sandwiches (egg & lettuce, ham & salad) and seasonal salads

Distance: 12km
Pace: 12 -16 minutes per km
Difficulty: 2/5 (moderate)
Duration: 3- 4 hours
Terrain: uneven ground with some exposed roots (trip hazards present). A Few Hills!
Scenery: spectacular coastal and bushland views + Guaranteed koala sightings
Facilities: toilets available at start and midway

Water bottle
Light snacks (banana, protein bar, nuts)
Electrolytes if needed
Any personal medication
👟 What to Wear:
Comfortable walking shoes (hiking boots or runners are fine)
Backpack to carry snacks and water
🕒 Schedule:
Meet at Stony Point by 8:00am (ferry departs 8:15am sharp)
Return on the 1:05pm ferry back to Stony Point

Not suitable for children under 14, babies in carriers, or anyone not comfortable walking 10km+
