Tonight we are taking you in Lorraine, in the North East of France!
We will start with a Vosgienne salad (Smoked bacon, lettuce, potatoes and croutons), followed by a wine marinated pork stuffing rolled in puff pastry & mashed potato, and finishing on a soaked sponge with rum & raisin & vanilla custard
