Spend the night feasting your way through four courses of decadent, French-inspired fare, paired with bespoke cocktails made from French spirits, liqueurs and amers (bitters). This long-table feast pays homage to magnifique, old-school recipes and French techniques, modernised with an Australian new-world spin. Expect classic ingredients reworked into delicious, avant-garde fare from the culinary maestros behind Australian French bistro, Ooze & Tang. Magnificently decadent and oh so fun.
