This long-table feast pays homage to magnifique, old-school recipes and French techniques, modernised with an Australian new-world spin. Expect classic ingredients reworked into delicious, avant-garde fare from the culinary maestros behind Australian French bistro, Ooze & Tang. Magnificently decadent and oh so fun.
