Freo Startup Fest 2021

Now in its third year, Freo Startup Fest brings together founders, investors, industry, universities and government, all at Little Creatures, one of Fremantle’s iconic venues.

Built and priced specifically for startup founders and teams, with prizes, awards, pitches, drinks, food AND this year, no less than THREE live bands, playing original music. All for just $25. 

Come support your local startups and musicians, as we celebrate all that is good in the local startup scene, and raise some good cheer.

2pm for 2.30pm start: The Sonar Room 

Arrive early to get a good seat.

2:30pm - 3:00pm Founder Panel "The Raise, The Launch and The Exit: founders tell their stories" 

Moderator: Charlie Gunningham

3.10pm - 4.20pm Golden Ticket Pitch Event

Plus Eight, powered by Spacecubed, will be running a pitch event presenting a selection of startups that have completed Plus Eight Sprints, Curtin Ignition, Murdoch University Launchpad, and MedTech Perth Biodesign. The winner will gain entry into the Plus Eight Accelerator bootcamp and entry (including accommodation and flights) to London Tech Week 2022.

Pitching will be: Massagr, AntiBeauty, Feeding Friend, Sirius Medical,
Beacon Cyber Safety App, Project Lieve and Force Hooks

4.30pm - 4.50pm Pitch Frenzy

Moderator: Charlie Gunningham

The Pitch Frenzy is a golden opportunity for you to take the stage for 30 seconds and pitch for you what you need. It could be investment, an intro to potential customers or a co-founder. The opportunity is yours.
