Frequency Shift

We invite you into an afternoon of movement and sound, set atop the mainstage at the Amphitheatre amongst the lush rainforest of Kuranda - an intentionally designed journey to deepen your connection with yourself, shift your energy, and perhaps release what no longer serves.

Rachael, a practitioner of both yoga and Qi Gong, will weave these practices together into a beautiful, embodied flow, inviting you to move, breathe and connect with the subtle rhythms of your body.

Accompanying this journey will be Jasper’s immersive soundscape. With over 30 years of experience in music, She draws on both ancient and modern tools to create rich, atmospheric textures, weaving voice, instruments, electronics and other resonant sounds into the space.

Together, movement and sound create an opportunity to step out of the everyday and into a different frequency: to soften, explore, release and reconnect.
