Frequency features a diverse house band, and encourages all musicians, singers, poets, rappers, and music lovers to participate in creating hip hop, soul & RnB grooves, all improvised live in the moment.

This fortnight, we welcome special guest artist Seann Miley Moore.

Frequency exists to elevate marginalised voices - we welcome everyone, but will prioritise QTPOC & femme jammers. Thanks for keeping our space loving and safe!

Inspired by jams in NYC like The Lesson and The Nuyorican Jazz/Poetry jams, Frequency is fun and welcoming for everyone. It's a musical conversation, so whether you’re an artist yourself, or a deep lover of music and community, join us in creating a vibrant, uplifting space!

Frequency takes place on unceded land of the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, and acknowledges the support of Create NSW and Play The City
