Event description

We are taking this outside. We have all been doing our best to practice meditation and self-care over the lockdown and now we can do it together, IRL.

FRESH AIR is an outdoor group meditation with REMiND. We encourage you to get outside, spread your legs and meet us in Western Park for a guided meditation every fortnight.

We will be staying distanced, wearing masks and being mindful of each other in this change of levels.

It’s time to get our heads together and emerge from this lockdown summer-ready.
