Description:

Celebrate the bright, bold flavors of the Mediterranean through the lens of California coastal cuisine. Inspired by the bounty right here in our backyard, this class brings together the fresh herbs, bright citrus, seasonal vegetables, and relaxed style of sharing that make Mediterranean cooking so beloved—and so perfectly at home here in Santa Barbara.

You’ll learn techniques for balancing herbs and spices, building layered flavor, and creating a colorful, crowd-pleasing menu ideal for gatherings.

On the menu: *Menu may vary slightly based on seasonal availability and market-fresh ingredients.
