Inspired by the bounty right here in our backyard, this class brings together the fresh herbs, bright citrus, seasonal vegetables, and relaxed style of sharing that make Mediterranean cooking so beloved—and so perfectly at home here in Santa Barbara.

You’ll learn techniques for balancing herbs and spices, building layered flavor, and creating a colorful, crowd-pleasing menu ideal for summer gatherings.

On the menu:

Greek-style lamb meatballs

Creamy whipped feta tzatziki

Roasted carrots with green chermoula sauce

Semolina honey cake

Open to adults and children ages 10+ (must be accompanied by an adult).
