PASTA FROM BOLOGNA 🇮🇹

Join us at South West Bottega for an intimate hands-on pasta making experience led by Monsef, born and raised in Bologna, Italy.

Across two relaxed and immersive hours, guests will learn how to make traditional fresh tagliatelle from scratch using simple ingredients and techniques passed down through generations.

At the end of class, you will get to enjoy the pasta you have made, with specially prepared with slow cooked tomato sauce made by Monsef.

Warm, welcoming and beginner friendly, this class is designed for couples, friends, solo guests, families and anyone wanting to experience a genuine piece of Italian culture and hospitality here in Vasse.

Wine and drinks will be available to purchase during and after the class for guests who would like to enjoy a glass alongside your meal.

About your teacher:

Born and raised in Bologna, Italy, Monsef learned the art of handmade pasta from grandmother Giovanna during long Sunday afternoons spent making tagliatelle around the kitchen table.

Now based in Australia, Monsef brings together a love of teaching and traditional Italian cooking through welcoming classes designed to share the warmth, culture and connection of Italian hospitality.

Adults and children welcome.

Guests under 16 must attend with a participating parent or guardian (tickets required for both).
