Friday English Digital Literacy Class - Term 3

Are you a permanent visa holder or Australian resident?

If yes, you are welcome to join us on Friday Mornings for a fun and interactive English and Digital Literacy Class at The SECC Hub!

Develop your digital literacy (phone) skills while developing your English. 

• Perform basic tasks using digital technology 
• Select the tools and apps you need for a range of tasks
• Identify your digital learning goals.
  
  These classes are operated by TAFE NSW

Classes are on Fridays 9:30am to 11:30am during school terms.

Eligibility Requirements

• You need to be a permanent visa holder or an Australian resident*
• You need some basic English language skills

Will there be toilet facilities available? Yes, there are toilets available including an accessible bathroom.

Is the location accessible? Yes, there is a ramp at the main entrance of the location.

Do I need to book online for programs, or can I just turn up? You need to book online or contact the TAFE Teacher

Is there parking available nearby? There is plenty of on-street parking available on Coward and Rawson Streets. There is also parking available out the front on Botany Road until 3pm Monday to Friday.

How can I get to you using public transport? The following buses stop within a short walking distance from the hub (10 minutes or less): 350, 420, 358, 303, 307, 343. Mascot is the closest train station to SECC: This station is on the T8 and T3 lines. It is about a 15-minute walk to the Hub from there.
