What is Tai chi? it is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Our Tai Chi master describes this practice as "an ancient art that we can perfectly call meditation in movement, to help the body and mind to regain their center physically and mentally."
