Goodbye Winter | Hello Spring

An afternoon of reflection, connection the body and letting go through four main methods: Breath, Movement, Sound & Bodywork.

People across the world have always honoured seasonal transitions through ritual, embodied practices and ceremony. I feel called to guide a journey for us to take a pause and acknowledge the changes. We feel the weather becoming warmer, we feel the density of winter and I am feeling into the importance of coming together to move through this change with presence, community and of course- through the body.

This event is a chance to embody the change of seasons — to accept what has been, to reflect on the inner themes of winter, and to let go of what no longer serves. Through movement, breath, and sound you’ll be guided to complete what needs to be felt, releasing the contraction and density of winter — the darkness, the slowing down, the cold, the tension in the body.

As we shed this heaviness, we create space to welcome the freshness of spring: the planting of new seeds, the warmth of sunshine, inspiration, new energy, and new life.

You’ll be guided through reflection and movement practices, followed by a breathwork journey to shift the body into a renewed state. We’ll then soften into deep relaxation with sound healing and meditation, bringing it all together and to then plant seeds for the season ahead.

The winds of change are here, I am inviting us to come together to acknowledge the shift from winter into spring with intention, presence and heart
