Don't worry if you haven't tried it before. It's easy! All you need to do is lie back and relax.

What to expect

Kat will lead you through a luxurious hour long sound bath that will melt the week's stress away.

There will be a short guided meditation to help you arrive in the space followed by the dulcet tones of soothing instruments that will ease you into a relaxed, meditative state.

Toward the end there will be a short period of silence to help you integrate your experience followed by tea and chocolate to leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.

What to bring

You don't have to do a thing. I provide all the equipment so you can just show up and relax. You're most welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask if you prefer. If you are a cold frog like me you might like to bring a jumper.
