This isn’t about setting a new personal best. It's about a collective rhythm and a great time. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or you’re just getting started, we have a spot for you.

Join us for either our 5km or 7.5km course. Both groups will start together, and along the way, we’ll hit three to four high-energy bootcamp stops to come together, have a laugh, and have a bit of fun. Our routes are designed to be social, with pumping music to keep the energy high.

It all ends back at The Attention Seeker office for a finish-line party. Grab a drink, have a snack, and celebrate with the entire crew. Find your rhythm, find your people, and make Friday nights something to look forward to.
