Friday Night Social: Student Edition

Presented with students from Interactive Composition at the Conservatorium of Music and Animation and Acting students at the Faculty of Fine Art and Music, plus Design students at the Melbourne School of Design.

Enter the realm of science fiction, dream worlds and alternate futures when  SCI-FI: Mythologies Transformed  stays open late for a free party created together with student artists from across the University. 
 
Immerse yourself in live music from the next generation of musicians and composers, short films from animators working with cutting edge virtual production technology and an interactive showcase of the future of design and engineering. 
 
There will be plenty of space to socialise with friends and a raffle with great prizes.

Science Gallery Melbourne’s Friday Night Socials are free parties where you can explore the latest exhibition and enjoy immersive performance acts and live DJ sets at the same time. Food and drinks are available for purchase. 

The  SCI-FI: Mythologies Transformed  exhibition uncovers new perspectives on science fiction by highlighting connections between the genre and Asian philosophy and mythology.
