Join Kylie for a deeply grounding, relaxing and connecting 1 hour sound meditation.

All you need to do is lay back, get comfy and listen to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, flute, solfeggio pipes, gong and tibetan metal bowls.

No Meditation experience is needed for this class. In fact, this Sound Session is perfect if you're new to Meditation or maybe you find it difficult to switch off. If you're already a relaxation pro you'll also love this offering!

Your Sound Practitioner will play certain notes and frequencies together throughout the session, helping to ease you into the Theta brainwave state. Accessing a deep meditative state not only to calm the mind, but can also activate the body’s system of self-healing!

WHAT TO BRING

Wear comfortable clothing, layers are best. Water bottle and anything else you feel called to bring.

Mats, blankets, pillows, eye pillows all provided (welcome to bring your own also)

Bring a bolster or extra pillows, if you need for lower back support

Please note the location for the session is inside unit 3 of Culture Fitness. The unit closest to Continental Tyres. Upstairs in the posing room on the mezzanine floor
