TGV Friday Social Group meets at Affirmation Station (Brunswick East) and is designed for trans and gender diverse people who want to connect with other TGD people in a safe, inclusive and affirming environment. Come have a chat, build social connections and do some fun activities!

What to expect: a HOLIDAY FEAST & Card Making

Please bring a plate of food to share so that we can eat together and have a feast. Please label carefully what is inside your dish.
One of talented volunteers will be helping folks making cards for loved ones or to create a gift for yourself!
The group will be facilitated by LJ (they/them), who is TGV's Peer Programs Facilitator. They will be there to guide the conversation and activities.

Who is it for:

Trans and gender diverse folk.
The group is neurodivergent, POC, and all abilities friendly.
Participants must be 16 years and over.

Accessibility and covid safety:

Mask wearing is strongly encourage. We will have some onsite if needed.
We have two air purifiers.
It is a well ventilated space and there is enough room to physically distance.
The space is wheelchair accessible.
There are fidget toys and a seperate quiet/calm space for folks who need some downtime.
