Tamlyn and ELEVATED FREQUENCIES presents an entirely new and super FUN offering to revolutionise your Friday night! 

A mash up of Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork AND.... wait for it.... Ecstatic DANCE!!! 

A 90min guided fusion designed to welcome the weekend, with movement, connection and raising your vibration where we will utilise silent sounds headsets to truly elevate and enhance your personal experience.

One FRIDAY night every Month, (the 2nd Friday of the Month), we meet at Yandina School of Arts, 11 Farrell Street, Yandina (lots of parking on side street and behind the hall), with our new FRIDAY - STRETCH & GROOVE sessions!!

A super fun way to wrap up the work week, you'll be welcomed into a warmly lit room, lights down low so you can dial down your inner critic and embody your fully expressed self. Zero judgement. Zero inhibitions. Max fun! 

Such a great way to express and release through breath, movement and dance, however that looks for you. Bring all your greatest dance moves to the floor! You'll leave feeling lighter, refreshed and recharged to really make the most of the weekend and the week ahead! What a beautiful thing to gift yourself and your loved ones. 

Introductory ticket price of just $20 for adults (over 15yrs of age) and $10 for kids (under 15yrs of age). This is a family friendly event and kids welcomed. Anyone under 10 yrs of age can join in too, yet some yoga and breathwork components aren't recommended for under 10's, but I can give alternatives on the night. Parents are responsible for their kids wellbeing at all times. 

Upcoming Event dates: Friday February 9th, Friday March 8th, Friday April 12th. 

Dress in whatever feels comfortable and expressive for you, and bring a water bottle. This is a drug and alcohol free event. 

Please arrive 10mins early at 5.50pm to settle in and be ready for a 6pm start!

If you have any concerns or objections to being featured, please speak to us upon entry on the night or in advance. If bringing children, you are wholly responsible for their safety and wellbeing throughout the event. Any concerns please notify us before the event, or as needed during the event. If you have any injuries, a pregnancy or any notable health concerns speak with me before we begin, so I can help with modifications of poses or alternatives that are suitable.
