Our Friday Focus sessions are designed to provide an enriching opportunity to gain new knowledge and insights from your peers.

Join us this month as we dive into the why, what and how of LEAN warehousing.

We want you to engage, learn, and connect with your industry peers in this focused 45-minute session. We will kick off the discussion with a couple of slides on:

WHY do you need a LEAN warehouse?
What are the elements of a LEAN warehouse?
How do you go about creating this?

You will need: A computer with video and audio capability so you can engage effectively with other attendees.

Who should attend?
This event is ideal for leaders responsible for the warehousing and inventory functions within our Industry Partners membership.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 8 hours prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
