How well are you set up for crisis management?
Our sessions are topic related and an opportunity to discover new knowledge and insights from your peers.
During this 45-minute focus session we will discuss how well we are set up to deal with a crisis?
It was Sir Winston Churchill who said: “Never let a good Crisis go to waste”.
Let’s face it, nobody wants a crisis. But should you become embroiled in one, it is an opportunity to demonstrate great leadership and form lifelong effective teams.
Crisis management involves a set of actions taken to respond to an unexpected event that threatens an organisation's reputation, operations, or stakeholders. It includes steps such as identifying the crisis, developing a plan, implementing the plan, communicating with stakeholders, and evaluating the response to prevent future crises.
During this session, we may discuss:
- Do you have a Crisis Management plan?
- How well do you know your Crisis management plan?
- Do you perform “Mock Crisis” scenarios?
- The upsides on the other side of the crisis.
We invite you to participate in a discussion that may challenge your thinking, open new possibilities, and perhaps have a major impact on how you might manage a crisis in the future. It is our belief that solutions begin with a conversation, so here is your chance to be in the conversation.
We will start the discussion with:
- How effective is your Crisis Management plan?
- Share a crisis scenario where you have previously been involved?
This is a great opportunity to connect with others in your field.
Who should attend?
All roles where Crisis Management is required.
When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 5pm the day prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first -served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
